Abstract

The data of 106 charts of outpatients of the state health care institution "Clinical Polyclinic No. 28" (GUZ "KP No. 28") who had a coronavirus infection were analyzed from September to December 2021 in compliance with the re- quirements of the interim guidelines "Medical rehabilitation for a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)" (VMR) (Version 2 [07.31.2020]). The most common organizational mistakes of the third stage of medical rehabilitation were: the lack of an integrated multidisciplinary approach, "green corridors" for post-COVID convalescents, separation of COVID and non-COVID patient flows, poor organization of patients’ home-based distance learning.
