Clinical features of metabolic syndrome in patients with psoriatic arthritis

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the metabolic syndrome and its components in patients with psoriatic arthritis. The most frequent components of metabolic syndrome depending on clinical-anatomical variant of the PsA and the extent of its activity. The identified correlation of metabolic syndrome components with the index of severity of psoriasis, duration of the articular syndrome, acute phase indicators.
