Abstract

The article presents the results of a retrospective analysis of orthodontic patient’s medical records maintaince at the six State dental medical clinics of Volgograd city. The study shows that proper, detailed medical records formulation was found only in 49,7 % of all inspected documentation. Orthodontists do not pay enough attention to сomplains assem- blage in part with special and additional evaluation methods.
