Abstract

Novel 2-S-substituted 2-sulfanylpyrimidinone analogs were obtained via condensation of N-diarylsubstituted 2-chloro- acetanilides with 2-thiouracil derivatives. Physico-chemical and spectral properties of the synthesized compounds were studied. These compounds are considered as inhibitors of viral reproduction.
