A debate about clinical effectiveness and biological compatibility of endosealers widely used today in dental practice is still going on in international and domestic literature. The choice of material is an important factor in solving this problem. According to many researchers, there is a direct relationship between the choice of filling sealers and a favorable prognosis after endodontic interventions. In this study we have investigated the interrela tion of physical and chemical properties of materials and their effects on periodontal tissue. The data reflect an object ive picture of the effect of endosealers on the efficiency of endodontic treatment.
