The algorithm of diagnostics and treatment of Parkinson’s disease administered nowadays has shown its ineffectiveness as to correction of both motor and nonmotor manifestations of this disease. Considerable prevalence of pain disorders of different localization in patients with Parkinson’s disease essentially affects their physical activity and decreases their quality of life. This work raises the question of reviewing the current schemes of treatment a nd a possibility of social adaptation of patients. Search for new methods of treatment should be aimed at reducing pain manifestations.
