Abstract

We propose the outcomes of comparative clinical research of antihistamine second-generation drugs ata double dose administered to adults with chronic urticaria. The study revealed an advantage of the original drug «cetirizine», which therefore can be recommended for more effective therapy of severe and moderate forms of chroni c urticaria.
