The purpose of the study is to conceptualize the state strategic model of actions to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. The article summarizes the experience of Russia, Israel and Sweden – countries that initially adopted different tactics in the fight against coronavirus infection, which was then structured into a state strategic model of measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. As research methods, the authors used general scientific – quantitative and qualitative analysis, generalization, comparison, comparison, scientific abstraction and specific economic methods – strategic and theoretical modeling.
