The first experience of using a pneumatic mouth expander in the daily practice of a dentist

Abstract

In this work, the approbation of the developed rotorextension device was carried out at a dental appointment. With the help of the developed scale for assessing the possibility of dental manipulations by a dentist, the volume of manipulation without the use of a pneumatic mouth expander and with the help of the developed device is determined. It has been proved that the use of the developed pneumotenager-mouth expander provides full access to the oral cavity for long-term medical manipulations in patients at a dental appointment, including those with concomitant pathology – hypertonus of the masticatory muscles.
