Here we present the results of immunohistochemical research of an autophagy-marker Beclin-1 in a pyramidal layer of a hippocampus of rats in the chronic hemocirculatory disorders modelling. In the research, the Beclin-1 expression level veraciously increased in CA1 and CA2 both in the relative area of im- munopositive material and in intensity of reaction. Besides, we found the tendency to strengthening of Be- clin-1 expression level in CA3. The histologic research revealed pericellular and perivascular edema, the destructive and adaptive changes of arterioles, signs of both reversible and irreversible neuronal injury in pyramidal layer.
