Abstract

The article presents the clinical case of a rare combination of two acute surgical diseases: a twist strands of the greater omentum and an acute destructive appendicitis, which arose against the background of a physical activity that occurred in men 53 years. The authors describe the probable pathogenesis, symptoms and tactics of a surgical treatment in the clinical case, which ended fine.
