Modern pathomorphosis of atopic dermatitis

Abstract

Atopic dermatitis (ATD) is a serious medical and social problem, in the Russian Federation the incidence of this pathology is 6.2-15.5 % (international study of asthma and allergies in children). The disease mainly manifests itself at an early age and can be an allergic manifestation in the "atopic March", followed by the manifestation of diseases such as allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. In the course of the study proved that the greatest influence of risk factors for the development of ATD in childhood has perinatal Central nervous system damage and the presence of burdened heredity for allergic diseases. Revealed the most common clinical form of the disease in childhood. The analysis showed that ATD in childhood is often combined with pathology of the gastrointestinal tract.
