An assessment was made of the degree of awareness and behavioral risks of HIV infection in adolescents aged 15– 17 years receiving secondary medical education. With the help of the survey, the attitudes of girls towards HIV/AIDS, smoking, alcohol and psychoactive substances were studied. Identified leading behavioral risks. A significant proportion of respondents are characterized by risky behaviors, including the risk of HIV infection, as well as a lack of awareness of contraception and prevention of sexually transmitted infections, about ways of becoming infected with HIV / AIDS. The degree of participation of doctors and teachers in informing female students is considered. In order to raise the level of awareness and prevention of the identified behavioral risks of HIV infection in female students of the medical college, proposals have been developed for their correction.
