Abstract

A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the kidney biopsy samples with glomerulonephritis was carried out in order to verify the diagnosis. Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis with the presence of electron-dense deposits in mesangium was detected in 1/3 of cases of glomerulonephritis. According to the immunofluorescence study, segmental granular mesangial luminescence to IgM was detected in 54 %, to IgA – in 33 %.
