For more than a century of chewing efficiency study was developed many chewing tests with different principles of evaluation. However, most of them are not currently in use, which is associated with labor intensity and complexity of implementation. This review is intended to highlight and compare the dynamic chewing tests for the selection of the optimum in dentist’s application due to the increased interest of modern medical practitioners to the development and use of objective express methods of determining chewing efficiency.
