«Environment» - the scientific direction of VolgSMU in the Year of Ecology in Russia

Abstract

The article presents an analytical review of the implementation of the scientific direction «Environment and Health of the Population» at the Volgograd State University and the Volgograd Medical Scientific Center, timed to coincide with the «Year of Ecology in the Russian Federation" in accordance with the presidential decree in 2017. A brief description of scientific works, defended candidate and doctoral dissertations prepared at the Department of General Hygiene and Ecology is given.
