Abstract

The article presents a clinical case of a 36-year-old female who had a complete duplication of the uterus and cervix with evidence of endometriosis and polyps. The duplication anomaly was an incidental finding during diagnostic testing for gallstone disease. The clinical case was ultimately resolved successfully.
