Abstract

The article presents a clinical case that illustrated the difficulties faced in the course of differential diagnosis of inflammatory lesions of subcutaneous fat and skin which can be systemic with a severe and fulminant course and involve the development of septic complications and multiple organ failure in real therapeutic practice.
