In this article we analyzed the results of conflicts, complaints and requests of patients with mental disorders submitted to various organizations and provided recommendations how to communicate with people with mental disorders manifested as the litigious paranoia trends. A typical case of such a conflict and the comments on the resolution of such situations were presented.
