Lack of response to the treatment of periodontal disease depends on systemic disturbances, one of which is vitamin D deficiency. This study’s objective is to estimate efficiency of the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis associated with vitamin D deficiency. The survey subjects are 90 patients with periodontal pathology. The analysis of clinical and laboratory studies results revealed a positive dynamics of the treatment given. The obtained data prove the necessity of vitamin D status correction in the combined treatment of the periodontal profile patients.
