The study involved 22 HPV-positive and HPV-25-negative patients. In the first phase of treatment the patients received causal treatment. In the second phase patients in subgroup 1 were treated with genferon suppositories, while patients in subgroup 2 received vaginal laser therapy with Elton balneological agent. No significant differences in the application of different methods of treating vaginal biocenosis were found in HPV-negative patients. In HPV-positive patients the use of preformed physical factors was 1,5 times more effective.
