The article reviews the issues of emergency prevention of bacterial infections including highly dangerous infections. We demosntrated the importance of combined use of antibiotics and specific vaccination for emergency preventive treatment. The expediency of the inclusion of immunostimulators in the regimens of emergency prophylaxis was substantiated.
