The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of Acephenum and Befol on attention disorders in patients with a gastroduodenal peptic ulcer. Both medications had a noticeable effect on attention parameters and can be recommended for the correction of attention disorders to patients with a gastroduodenal peptic ulcer. Acephenum is preferred when there are any signs of asthenic depression while Befol is chosen when psychasthenic anxiety disorders are present.
