The article explored the clinical and morphological forms, medical and social parameters of patients coinfected with HIV/TB. We found that generalized forms of tuberculosis with pronounced impaired immunity as well as a high viral load in laboratory findings prevailed. These were observed in urban patients who did not adhere to the regimen of antituberculosis treatment. The morphological presentation showed a deficiency of productive reactions associated with predominant massive caseosus necrosis in the lung tissue without any signs of fibrous organization of tuberculosis.
