Abstract

The article presented the analysis of the incidence of sexually transmitted infections in adolescent population (15–17 year-old) on the basis of the accounting data of the health facilities of the Volgograd region over the period from 2009 to 2012. The study revealed a higher incidence of chlamydia, genital herpes as compared to the corresponding indicators in the Russian Federation.
