The article presents the results of observation of 66 children aged 7 to 15 with acute Epstein-Barr virus infection. A complex estimation of autonomic nervous system in infectious mononucleosis in children was performed taking into account subjective complaints and objective parameters. According to the study, it was found that asthenia and functional disturbances of the cardiovascular system are diagnosed with infectious mononucleosis in all (100%) children.
