EVIDENCE-BASED CHOICE OF FILLING MATERIALS IN ROOT CANAL OBTURATION

Abstract

Based on evidence-based medicine, a doctor-dentist can make the right decision on the choice of methods and means for performance of medical manipulations. In this work we discuss the problem of choosing filling materials when performing an obturation of root canals. The results of the research could justify a differentiated approach to the choice of the root filling material from the point of view of evidence based medicine.
