SEVERITY OF DIABETIC POLYNEUROPATHY DEPENDING ON ANTIDIABETIC THERAPY

Abstract

As a result of research we analyzed the frequency of diabetic polyneuropathy and its degree of severity depending on the success of antidiabetic therapy. 134 patients with diabetes were randomly surveyed. The study demonstrated that diabetes is a serious medico-social problem, and the frequency of diabetic polyneuropathy and its degree of severity directly depends of the effectiveness of antidiabetic therapy.
