Synthesis of 1-[(benzoyloxy)benzyl]uracil derivatives and their 3-benzylated analogs as potential antiviral agents

Abstract

We performed synthesis of 1-[(benzoyloxy)benzyl]uracils and their N3-benzylated derivatives. The yield of target compounds amounted to 58—80 %. The synthesized compounds were studied for their physico-chemical and spectral properties.
