A study of analgesic activity of new benzimidazole derivatives with different routes of administration

Abstract

We studied the efficacy of RU-1203 compound exhibiting kappa-agonist activity with different routes of administration. It is established that the compound RU-1203 shows the greatest analgesic efficacy when administered intravenously; it is also active when administered orally, in contrast to butorphanol, the reference drug.
