Assay of compound RU-1205 in biological samples

Abstract

We developed a method for chromatographic assay of a new biologically active compound, a benzimidazole derivative, RU-1205 using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Sensitivity, time of substance retention, maximal absorption of the compound in the UV spectrum were determined. We also performed a selection of an extracting agent from biological samples.
