We studied in vitro antithrombotic and thrombolytic activity of substance Sbt-119 with P2Y1-antagonistic properties in a native blood sample of rats. As to its occlusion time, the compound surpasses other agents of comparison, ticlopidin (р < 0, 05) and clopidogrel. Substance Sbt-119 has no influence on thrombolysis.
